You need a company that keeps you in the loop every step of the way. Even if things go sideways (and they do!) we’re firm believers that it will work out with clear, regular and timely communication.
You need a company that understands not only what you want out of your project but one that also understands what they’re talking about when it comes down to the nerdy details.
This is one that is often overlooked, but one that will shine through when the going gets tough. You shouldn’t have to explain every last detail, there are some things we should just know.
They say the devil’s in them, and that might be true but we thrive on making sure the details are addressed. They’re time consuming but the end result is what separates you from them.
Which means we are always thinking of what it would be like to be in your shoes. We’ve all been on the other end of a bad consumer experience and there’s nothing worse than feeling like your hands are tied. We never want to put our customers in that position.
Everything we do is out front and in the open. We’re human and we make mistakes and we’ll always tell you when it’s us not you. Technology isn’t perfect and the Internet has only been in existence for let’s say 25 years. It’s always good to expect some bumps, but we’ll do our best to warn you ahead of time.
Even though we might not have the answer right away, we’ll let you know if, how and when you can expect it. Emails are responded to within the same day and should never take longer than 24 hours for a response. Office phone messages have a 30 minute turn around. Chat via SYNCRO is immediate. We will always get back to you as quickly as humanly possible.
It might be second nature to us but we know that’s not always the case with everyone else. We’ve been working with code and Internet anomalies for more than a decade we expect things to break and we aren’t really phased when they do. You on the other hand will have questions that will require explanations. Sometimes more than once. And we are happy to answer any and all of your questions as they come up.
We don’t overbook. It sucks. It sucks for you and it sucks for us. So while there are some months we have to let potential customers know we can’t start their project right away; our current projects can rest easy knowing that they’re receiving our full attention. By only taking on a limited number of projects each month we can control our deadlines, leave room for emergencies and go home a little more relaxed each day.
