"We record and monitor all complaints. We will undertake to acknowledge any complaint within seven business days of receipt and will strive to address and resolve any complaint within 45 days of receipt.
"In the event we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, we are committed to using third-party dispute resolution services through the Better Business Bureau of Mainland BC.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Recognition
Unless expressed in the quoting stages of your website build we reserve the right to install our footer stating that a website has been designed and developed by Atomic 55. This is standard industry practice and it allows for back links to our website. We also reserve the right to include the website we have built for your business in our portfolio, which increases the traffic and positioning to your website. From time to time we may also use your website in our advertising and promotional items.
Print and Print Deadlines
If your order is for printing only, you will be required to sign an actual printed proof of your order. If this cannot be done by you for any reason we require that you agree to waive the proof and understand that in doing so you will not be entitled to a refund or re-print in the event of a printing error by Atomic 55 or its affiliate printers, color fluctuations, trimming fluctuations, spelling or layout errors.
All print orders with waived proofs must also be paid in full in advance and refunds or credits will not be given full for any reason, including cancellation of the job.
